Dr. Bowers is a native of Las Vegas, and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. He attended medical school at the University of Nevada, Reno and completed his internal medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was a cardiology fellow at the UCLA School of Medicine in Los Angeles before finishing the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston. Dr. Bowers’ major focus is general cardiology, with an emphasis on coronary intervention. He is also a peripheral vascular specialist.
